Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but is scheduled for a future release date. Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase to reserve your item.

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information regarding returns and refunds after delivery.

Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide and may be subject to change. If there are any significant delays, customers will be notified via email.
